The Fujifilm FinePix Z300 was released on Jun 12, 2009.

The Fujifilm FinePix Z300 is a point and shoot camera. Its main benefit is a very small size: the photographer can even put it in the pocket. The camera has various automatic modes but you won't shoot pictures of the same perfect quality in comparison to large sensor compact cameras.

The camera can take photos at 10 megapixels highest resolution. But if you want to get better picture quality the more important specification is a sensor size. The FinePix Z300 has a 1/2.3' (6.17 x 4.55 mm) sensor which means that the camera will produce photos with a lower quality than cameras with bigger sensors but instead it is more portable. But if you want to take photos of the professional quality pay attention to Leica SL (Typ 601).

The camera has max shutter speed of 1/1000 sec. It is not very fast shutter speed but anyway the photographer will manage to produce photos of moving subjects. The camera can even produce videos but the max resolution is not too high - 640 x 480 (30 fps).

The lens is fixed and the photographer won't be able to switch it. The lens provides satisfactory 5x optical zoom.
