Summary

The GR display is better as it has more screen dots 1,230,000 in comparison to 230,000 dots of the X2 display. The higher dot count display is better for reviewing photos on your camera. The GR supports a very convenient live view feature that allows you to use the display as a larger viewfinder. The GR provides better slowest (300 seconds) and highest (1/4000 second) shutter speeds.

The X2 battery life is better than the GR battery life. According to CIPA standards the photographer will be able to take 450 photos with the X2 and only 290 with the GR. The GR weighs 245g which is 100g lighter in comparison with the weight of the Leica X2.

Considering the above differences the GR is the best choice. Get the lowest price on Amazon.
