The Tecra A9 is a 15 inch notebook.
The Tecra A9 has the most popular among notebooks a 15 inch display size. This device has enough space for entertainment and is very convenient for working. However the notebook's size has become not so portable that's why it is not the best choice for carrying. The picture quality is not very sharp. The notebook has a bad 1280x800 resolution and you should better select the model with higher display resolution like Sony VAIO PCG-F809K for example.
The Tecra A9 uses an average Dual-Core Intel Core 2 Duo T7300 processor that runs at 2 GHz clock speed. As the processor has two cores it will be better at performing multiple tasks at once. To get really amazing performance it is better to select a notebook with Quad-Core processor like Apple MacBook Pro with Touch Bar.
The 1 GB of memory is a very low size which will not be enough for satisfactory performance. If you feel that the notebook has not enough memory for you, the memory is expandable up to 4 GB.
The notebook is equipped with Intel GMA X3100. This graphics card is weak and is only suitable for easy tasks like video streaming and internet surfing.
The Tecra A9 has a small 120 GB HDD. Hard drives are inexpensive however they are much slower than SSD and Hybrid drives.
