The T-6815 is a 14 inch laptop.
The Gateway T-6815 has a common for laptops 14 inch display size: it keeps a reasonable compromise between having a large enough display size and still being rather portable. The T-6815 provides not very good picture quality. 1280x800 resolution is not satisfactory for normal usage of the notebook and we advise to select the device with better resolution like Asus PRO P2440UQ XS71.
The T-6815 runs a rather fast Dual-Core Intel Core 2 Duo T5250 CPU that runs at 1.5 GHz clock speed. As it uses two cores it will be better at performing multiple tasks at once.
The 1 GB of RAM is a very low size which will not be enough to do almost any real work on your laptop. If you need more RAM, you can add additional RAM, up to 4 GB.
The notebook is produced with Intel GMA X3100. This graphics board is weak and is only good for easy tasks like video streaming and web browsing.
The T-6815 is equipped with a small 160 GB HDD. Hard drives have a low prices however they are significantly slower than SSD and Hybrid drives.
