The C-300 Zoom was released on May 8, 2002 and is available in USA for $1,749.99.

The C-300 Zoom is a point and shoot camera. Its main benefit is a very small size: the photographer can take it anywhere with himself easily. The camera has various automatic modes but you won't take photos of the same high quality in comparison to large sensor compact cameras.

The camera can shoot images at 3 megapixels highest resolution. But if you want to get better photo quality the more important specification is a sensor size. This camera has a 1/2.5' (5.744 x 4.308 mm) sensor which means that the model will make images with not so high quality as cameras with bigger sensors but instead it has smaller dimensions and weight. And if you want to shoot images of the best quality check Leica SL (Typ 601).

The camera has max shutter speed of 1/1000 sec. It is not very fast shutter speed but anyway the photographer will be able to shoot images of moving people. The camera can even shoot videos but the max resolution is not very high - 320 x 240.

The lens is built into the camera and the photographer won't be able to switch it. The lens has weak 2x optical zoom.
