Acer Stream appeared on sale on May 2010 and for now the device is already dicontinued. The device was on sale from carriers including AT&T Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, T-Mobile as well as retailers like Best Buy, RadioShack.
The device runs on the most popular OS in the world for now - Android OS. Stream was produced with the already old at the moment Android version: 2.1 (Eclair). It means that the device owner will not be able to play the newest games and run the newest apps with the current OS version. The phone has 1.0 GHz Scorpion CPU which provides a very low performance. The mobile phone has 512 MB RAM which is not enough for normal usage.
