The first BenQ-Siemens P51 deals appeared on March 2006 and for today the device is already dicontinued. The device was on sale from carriers including AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint as well as retail stores like Target, RadioShack.
The device runs on Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 PocketPC - one of the not popular operating systems. The cell phone is equipped with 32-bit Intel XScale PXA272 416 MHz CPU that provides a very slow performance.
